Scott Mauro Entertainment is proud to join the Producing team for a new production of  Shakespeare’s OTHELLO starring Tony and Oscar winner  Denzel Washington and Academy Award nominee Jake Gyllenhaal.Directed by Tony Award winner Kenny Leon, this Othello will play for a limited 15-week, Broadway engagement beginning February 2025. .

The Shakespearean drama follows Othello (played by Denzel Washington), a Moorish general who falls prey to his subordinate Iago’s (played by Jake Gyllenhaal) malicious manipulation, causing him to act out against his wife, Desdemona (played by Molly Osborne). This marks the first time this epic tale of betrayal and vengeance will be on Broadway in more than 40 years
